What does the Pet Passport cost my shop?
Nothing beyond your Furlana license. The passport, the card, the QR code and Lost Mode are free for your customers.
Do I have to set up, engrave or ship anything?
No. Furlana hosts the passport pages, engraves and ships every piece of gear, and sends every email. Orders show in your dashboard like any other, and your share is paid out with the rest of your earnings.
What happens when a customer reports a pet lost?

Can I choose what my shop takes part in?
Yes. Board notes, customer emails, the shop network and its emails are each a switch in your settings. Opting into the network is standing approval for other shops' alerts; your own customers' alerts always wait for you.

Yours. Pets registered through your store show under your Pets tab, their passports say Distributed by your shop, and their birthday and gotcha-day notes go out in your name.
Do my customers need an app?
